CANCELLATION POLICY
⸻ GLOSS N GLOW LOUNGE Booking Policy 01 When booking an appointment please note that the desired time is set aside just for you. Please arrive on time so I am able to provide the best service and best work. We want all clients to leave feeling beautiful and pleased with service, any issues with booking please reach out via DM, email, or text. 02 All no shows with failure to notify will still be charged of the full amount of booked service. 03 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will be subjected to a fee: 50% of booked service. If not paid this may result in being restricted from booking in the future. 04 If running late, please notify as soon as possible. After 15 minutes a $15 late fee will be applied. Anything more than 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be canceled, deposit will also be forfeited. THANK YOU !!
